Return & Refund Policy – DeliGoli

Return Conditions
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as grooming brushes, gloves, or pet care accessories) can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for return.
- Personal-use products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- In case of defective or wrong items, we will cover the shipping fee.
Refunds
