Return & Refund Policy – DeliGoli

At DeliGoli, we care about your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

Return Conditions

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as grooming brushes, gloves, or pet care accessories) can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for return.
  • Personal-use products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • In case of defective or wrong items, we will cover the shipping fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
